Autodesk Inventor Server Engine for 3ds max

Sorry to hear about that. Can you check something for me as a first step? If you go into your start menu, inside the Autodesk folder, and launch the Autodesk Uninstall Tool, do you see Autodesk Inventor Server for 3ds max 2019 installed?

Hmm, ok so it may be a case of a corrupted installation of that component. Can you please try uninstalling Inventor Server for 3ds Max 2019 using the same autodesk uninstall tool, then re-lauching the main 3ds Max 2019 installer to reinstall that component again, fresh?
