Assign Controller

Hi,

I am trying to assign a camera to a path, I have done it plenty of times before but the assign controller button now appears greyed out. I have tried this on both 2015 and 2017 versions and on a number of computers but the problem seems to persist even when opening a blank file. I cant seem to see any other problems with the programme apart from this. Is anyone else having issues with this?

the only one when i create a line a target camera then add a path constraint to my line and i tick/check the follow box then the axis are unavailable to use. can you be more specific?

Not sure, but could it be as simple as making a selection in the list?
