Asset Library crashes immediately after its launch on 3dsMax 2019

Hello,
I just installed both 3dsMax 2019 and asset library.
3dsMax 2019 itself seems to be fine. Only I can't do is to open asset library. Actually, it opens only if I remove root folder (~AppData\Local\Autodesk\3ds Max Asset Library), and it shows the UI for a few sec. I also tried to delete ENU folder, but it didn't work...

spec of my pc...
-NVIDIA Quadro P2000
-Intell(R) Core(TM) i7-7700k 4.20GHz
-32GB RAM
-64bit

I hope someone has a great idea for it...

have you added the lastest hotfix and service pack?

when 3ds max crashes do you get a crash reporting error? asking you do send it to autodesk? if so and you fill out that application with all the infomation they will give you an customer ref number with letters if you type that here then an autodesk empolyee can lookup that ref number and give you an answer.

also if your using windows and go into your windows event viewer double click windows logs and application look for any errors or warning to do with 3ds max, the event viewer will give you a short description if you run that though google it will likely like you an answer.

also you can upload the file and someone can take a look at it, but it's copyrighted by your work then you would need to submit it to an autodesk empolyee who can take a look at it adn see if he/she can get the same error or crash

Thank you for many suggestions.

3dsMax2019 serivice pack 3 is installed, and the scene of max file I faced this problem is a new blank file.
The regular error dialog popping out soon after each crash is not showing this time. Asset Library closes silently without saying anything. No error dialog comes up.
However, there was a progress with event viewer, and I found application error and .NET runtime error also. 

I found .NET Framework 4.7.2 is installed... should I install 4.6 also...?

youy should completel update windows and max with the service pack and answer @king.lew.yan.voon private email he sent you he is an autodesk empolyee

If you double click on the errors they they will give you a short description of what is causing the errors or warning, and some are usual errors with in windows, and some will give you an error or warning to do with hardware or software.
