I can confirm that it is missing from the normal 'Modifier' list. However you can find it in the 'Tools' menu when you need to use it.

You should report this as a bug. Do that here:

Bug Reports:
https://www.autodesk.com/company/contact-us/product-feedback

I might suggest that anyone who doesn't share files and has no Security concerns not install the 3.5 update immediately until it is resolved. It appears that nothing new is in it excpept Security Fixes. From what I can tell, Update 3.0 brought some functionality, but 3.5 is merely Security related.

@RobH2 ,

That one you mention here is difference the missing Array i mention here sir, try update your 3ds max to 2023.3.5 and go to Modifiers menu -> Parametric Deformers -> see whether you can find the Array Modifier or not, but before you update go to the menu, you can see the Array Modifier.

PS: for those who update to 2023.3.5 and got Array Modifier missing like me, uninstall your 3ds max and reinstall 2023.3.4, that's how I fixed this issue.

In case anyone else finds this there is a workaround without having to reinstall max, you can go to your add/remove programmes and uninstall 'Autodesk Advanced Modelling Tools for 3ds Max 2023', then go into C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_3ds_Max_2023_EFGJKPS_Win_64bit_dlm and re-run the '3dsmax-component-mnplugins2023-1.1.0-025' to re-install the advanced modelling tools.

This worked for me but would be good to get confirmation.
