Arnold render view keep refreshing.

When I start Arnold render view to render, it starts and after 2-3 seconds it restarts again. So I dont ever get the finished view.  Anybody has suggestions what I am doing wrong?

Can you share with us the log? Should be in Window - Render Message Window.

Why you use old version of Arnold? You can update it, it can helps.

Like @RGhost77 said, you are using an old Arnold Version. If updating doesn't help, start the render and then copy the text from that window here for us to see what is happening with your scene.

Sorry for the late reply.

I downloaded the new version. But now i seem to have another problem installing it.

The installer comes back with 1603 error. Looked for the solutions on the web but seems there are various reasons. Not quite sure what to do.

Try uninstall MAXtoA before install new one.

Thanks for the reply. Maybe I was not clear. What keep refreshing is IPR. It starts and stops at 0%  and if I click again the render starts rendering again and stops at 0%. Strangely if I click outside Max UI, the render starts rendering and finishes as it should. I can not find any settings within Arnold Renderview.

It would be super useful to have a look at the log. Not sure if at this point, wouldn't be more useful just to reinstall 3ds Max and Arnold. If you click outside the 3ds Max UI and the render goes to the end, then it could be something in 3ds Max that keeps refreshing and forcing Arnold to restart the render. A temporary fix could  be clicking on this option here to hold any scene updates until you press the other button to the left to update the scene

Thanks for the suggestion. I got the log files and found out that one of the two Ornatrix objects was what causes the renderto reftesh endlessly. By removing one of them the render functions properly.
