After install 3ds max 2020, 3ds max 2019 don't start again

Hello, today i try to install 3ds max 2020 from my account Subscription Autodesk

but After install 3ds max 2020, 3ds max 2019 don't start again.

I try to remove all file 3ds max 2020 

I Try to reinstall 3ds max 2019

I Try to remove file configuration 2020 and 2019 in the folder application data Autodesk.

But 3ds max 2019 don't start ..

What is the solution… ???  And what is this Joke ?

I'am on win 10 with the last update.

I also find this " Autodesk Genuine Service " 

Is this programm that stop 3ds max 2019 ?

Because the unistaller can't remove this Service

A service runs in the background.  It needs to be stopped before it can be uninstalled.

Thank you... but is late... I start to format the SSD.. never run on Autodesk After install 3ds max 2020..

I see other 3ds max user with this problem...

Is very Funny that 3ds max 2020 destroy other version of 3ds max...

I have 2019 and 2020 running here side by side without any problems. If i recall correctly, i installed 2020 from the autodesk desktop application.

for me is the first time with this problem, but I have a friend with some problem.

Tomorrow, I format everything, and I put 2019 back.
the 2020 no, it's too dangerous in my case.
I'm with win 10 home.

Thank you @dgorsman... at the end I format all for some problem for 3ds max 2019.3 that can't start ....with 2020

and install again 3ds max 2019.3 now work well.

At the end I reinstall Win 10 on a new SSD..

I Install again 3ds max 2020.1 and 3ds max 2019.3, I prefer make this from DVD.

Now all start well, without problem.

The new Chamfer in 3ds max 2020.1 is very fine...
