Add image on a already textured model

Hello guys.

I'd like to add an image (little texture) on a part of the model which is already textured using, for example, the Unwrapping UVW.

How to add a simple and little image on a model in this situations?

This Autodesk tutorial should help you achieve that:

It uses Composite mapping and multiple UVW maps.
