3dsmax display problems

Hello! I've just installed 3dsMax on a pc with windows 10. The 3d displays very weird. I use 3dsmax with V-ray plug-in which conflicts often with the Substance plug-in. The graphics card is Geforce RTX 2060. What could be the problem?

Those artefacts look similar to when your graphics card is glitching due to overheating/too high an overclock.

 

Do you play any 3d intensive games on that system(i.e. Crysis or Cyberpunk 2077)? If yes do they look fine when playing for long periods of time?

I don't play games but the laptop is not warm when this appears. It also happens for 3dsmax to close unexpectedly with no warning sometimes. Also, when I render with the cpu it looks fine, with no artifacts, but when i render with the gpu, some materials display black of the same scene. (using v-ray). Here is a screenshot form when the artifacts appear:
