I am having the same problem and i have also applied updates I'm on the trial version and i cant Evan do anything with it because all it does is crash when i use anything in the file menu its like when it has to go looking for information it crashes.........
please help because this is just a waste of my trial I'm not going to buy something that just crashes all the time lucky there is a trial to determine weather to buy or not
