3DS Max startup freezing

My 3ds max is freezing on startup when loading the file Dlsrr.dlu. I have to restart cpu so it works. It is happening after crash or after a long period of pc using

It was solved by reinstalling the software with a new activation code a
think. I had to generate a new activation code or serial....I don't
remember exactly wich one.
