3ds MAX sign in error

When I start 3ds MAX(or CAD), I can see sign in/ Enter a Serial Number/ Use a Netwrok License pop-up.

And I click the sign in, the program never continue or start.

I don't know what to do.

have you registered with autodesk? that is the first thing do to https://accounts.autodesk.com/register once you registeed autodesk will send you an email with everything in it if you have already have an account you need to talk to autodesk support

My case is the same, I have an account already and own student access, and my 3ds max 2021 will never continue after I clicked 'sign in'.
