3ds Max Interactive 2018 - Black screen in level viewport

Hello,

Im trying to work in 3ds Max Interactive 2018, but I'm having this issue that doesnt allow me to visualize what I do, looks like something is missing or the file is not loading completely.

Image attached with the visualization I'm seeing now.

Can you recommend me what to check in order to see what's the issue I may have?

I have windows 7 installed on my computer.

What graphics card do you have??

Recommended is Nvidia gtx 980 or above or Nvidia quadro P4000

Interactive needs a good card.

Hello! Unfortunately my system is not allowing the use of this software, so
I had to desestimate Interactive and changed my project using 3ds Max as
usual. Thanks for your time replying this thread.
