3ds Max error occurring every time i open the program

I am using 3ds max 2021 on its up to date vision and i see this error every time I open the program,

MAXscript callback script Exception

Known system exception

Address 0x25f67721; nCode 0x00000000FD

Desc EXCEPTION_STACK_OVERFLOW the thread used up its stack.

the program then close ever time I try to do something in it like make a box after this error, I all ready tried everything hear to fix it https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-... . It did not fix it and this was the closest to the error Witten above but I could not find anything that marched it verbatim.

 

Anyone know any solutions not already listed in the link i put above or have any advice on contacting 3ds max directly about the issue for help ?

What results do you get when you running the following lines in the MAXScript listener?

print (getfiles @"$startupscripts\*.*")
print (getfiles @"$userstartupscripts\*.*")
callbacks.show()

The first 2 lines will print out the filenames of files in the script startup directories.  Looking for any files that look suspicious.
The 3rd line will list out all of the MAXScript callbacks. It is in the running of one of those callbacks that the exception is occurring.

I don't know anything about coding or how to understand this (below) but it shows what happened when I did what you suggested. Can  you look at it and give further advice (programme still shutting down -same error as earlier)
