3ds max 2018 creshes when I click "open the MCG"

Your crash logs show a hit in an issue related to Lavasoft Anti-virus and/or the welcome screen in 3ds Max. There is an article here with the most common sources of problems with Max 2018 starting. Can you please check it out and try some of these things for me? Thanks! Please let me know how it goes.
