3DS Max 2016 - Open Material

Hello!

Where do I go to Open Material Library? There use to be the Open Material Library button at the top of the Material Editor.

All of my materials are saved in the hard drive of my PC.

At the top, where it says "search by name", there's a big down-arrow (to the left of that search field). Click that and there's an option to open a Material Library.
