3ds max 2011 perpetual free to upgrade to latest version?

Can I get 2015 for no charge?

I bought 10 and 11 4-5 years back and in 11 I got a perpetual version (for $450 ish).

I dont do anything for money, still workin for that dreamjob.

thanks!

It also depends if Subscription (support program) was purchased with the program and if it has been maintained.  If you are "off subscription" ie. not paid up for the latest year then you aren't entitled to an upgrade.
