3D max error

3D max error

Good evening, everyone. There was a fairly frequent error (I Hope that it is frequent) in 3D max.
I have a 64-bit version of 3D max 2018.
Up to a certain point, I used a non-licensed version of 3D max. After recent problems, the same problem has occurred again, although I have installed the student version (Yes, I am a graduate student).
The problem is an error in the program for 3 files, namely:
3dsmax_minidump.dmp
dmpuserinfo.xml
dumpdata.zip
Opening one of the documents found that the error is in the absence of a certain file ( in my case, the problem was that there was no folder.).
I reinstalled 3D max 6 times at least, deleting all the data completely. Then I discovered a strange thing.
In the error caption, 3D max indicated that I have the 3D max version 20, although I have version 18.
If someone has this error, help us understand, and then we have a Russian-language audience that understands little and does not give an answer.
Thank you in advance.Скриншот 13-05-2020 152826.jpg

that is a crash dump, the only way to read the files is if you have the MS debug tool and it's symbols to read what they say if you open them in another notepad for example you cannot read them, but yo need to know what you're looking at,

if you attach the file then someone can help you,the only time i get that error is by using the 3ds max AEC extended windows and doors if I copy them across max will crash. and through up that error

fill it that crash reporting error and submit it to autodesk with what you were doing and make sure you fill out the email address once you make that then send it, autodesk will give you a ref number and letters if you post that here then an autodesk can look up that ref number and he/she will give you an answer or a work around.  i would not post your email here because you will get a lot of unwanted emails.

I checked the dmpuserinfo data again. The error is made using the following path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AppManager\R1\CER\upiconfig.xml
If you try to follow exactly this path, you will not be able to find the final file. upinconfig.xml located in my other folders "Autodesk Shared". Folder "R1" I do not have at all.
I would have posted a screenshot of the full error, but I don't know exactly what information is better to leave on the screen.
