Link Constraints change model position

Hello. 
When I use Link Constraints my model change position.

Please detail the actions you are taking in the 3 images and the result of the actions.  If possile, attach a Max file that includes only the relevant objects to the problem.

When I use "select and link" it's everything ok photo number 1.

 

When I use "Link constraint" model rotates 90° photo number 2.

 

In photo 3 I only rotate model.

You may need to reset the transform of the parent.  It may be a similar issue to what happened to me at 6:50 in this video. https://youtu.be/cm7OP3niwvI
