How to rig Crash Cymbal

I am trying to rig a drum animation but can't figure out how to smash the crash cymbals with a drum stick.

Your setup looks good.  Just select the cymbal (cone001) and click Bake in the modify panel.

What are you dissatisfied with?

It looks good for  hitting hi-hat but not for cymbals. Maybe a more swinging action or random rotation on all 3 axis. action.
