How can I repeat this lamp jump?

I am trying to repeat a lamp jump and I am having trouble repeating it.

It is easiest to explain how the rig works, and how I have started to animate it by providing a picture and the file to my animation - I work in 3ds Max 2013.

Using relative repeat on the whole rig (minus swivel and world as I don't use them at the moment) seems to repeat the motion of the lamp quite well, but none of it's rotations and swivels.

I can't imagine this would take anyone who is good at animating very long to figure out, so any help you can give is much appreciated.

Thank you very much.

In fact animation like this would be best handled with FK only with no IK solutions. Just set it up so that each joint can be rotated.

If you really want to have a solution with IK you just need two bones for the armature and a single HI solver.
