Make sure the files are accessible to all users logging in. Then add a
shortcut on the All Users desktop that loads the correct profile and
workspace.

Hi,
I use a standalone version of C3d 2008(British), which I have customised by
creation of several toolbars and buttons to access the legacy commands that
don't have their own buttons (eg _tablet_cal). I have also customised most
of the buttons on the digitising tablet puck to enable quick access to my
most commonly used commands, and have altered the dropdown menus as well.
I want to make a guide to enable others in the office to make some basic use
of the programme when I'm on leave (eg printing to scale) but if anyone else
logs onto the computer they get the standard default workspace and the
default buttons on the puck. So there's no point my creating a pictured
guide if most of my shortcut buttons aren't there and it's defaulting to the
wrong template.
Is there a way to set it up so that my customisation is applied to all
users?
I'm running Win xp pro.
Thanks
Joan
