Overwriting Existing Vault Files with Imported (Revised) Part, Assembly. and Drawing Files

I created an assembly (with associated parts and drawings) that was 90% finished and sent out all files to a machine shop to finish the drawings and fabricate the unit. All of the files I sent them were copies of what is currently saved in my Vault.

I have since received the updated parts, assemblies, and drawings from them in a "Pack and Go" but now don't know how to replace my existing Vault files with the new ones they sent. Is there a best practice or easy way to overwrite them without breaking all the existing names and Vault relationships? Thanks!

First, check out all of the files in Vault that are in the Pack n Go.

Then unzip the Pack n Go and put the files where the existing files are located.

Open the top-level file in Inventor and check them in.
