I'm trying to setup auto check-in prompt in outlook when an email drop in a folder but it doesn't work.
When i delete an email, i have the prompt that says to remove the file from vault manually but the check-in prompt doesn't show. I tried to disable exchange cache mode and got an error saying operation failed. So i keep cache mode enable but in this mode i have no prompt at all for check-in.
I try to use a rule that move email with specific keywords in subject to specific folder with that folder mapped to vault folder and the option "Show Check in dialog once item is received in outlook folder" is checked but it doesn't show up even if an email is dropped by the rule or by drag and drop.
Am I missing something?
