I would like to set up a second vault independent of the vault we use now but am not sure how to go about this. I set up the original vault many years ago and remember using ADMS but do not have ADMS installed now. We are using vault 2014 basic. My questions:
Is ADMS what I need to add a second vault?
Where do I install ADMS from?
Is a higher version of vault required to have more than 1 vault?
Thanks.

ADMS is the place to add a vault, it shoiuld already be installed on your Vault server.

There should be a desktop shortcut for it. If not, go to the start menu and type ADMS in the search window. Or Autodesk Data Management.
Are you the Vault administrator? Because you probably ought to know a bit about the ADMS to manage Vault, run backups etc.
