User Permissions Per Vault

I am developing a app for vault which is a job explorer type. So based on the Type of User, i.e Administrator, or user with few using permissions certain customized features are enabled/disabled. Currently am trying to get the type of User based on user id. 

Is my method write or wrong, secondly the user id which is fetched is improper how can i rectify if i use this method. Is there  any other alternative way to identify the user permissions

AdminService.GetPermissionsByUserId is the function you want to use.  There is also an article on how to do an admin check.
