Load takedown in revit 2013 extensions

Hello

I've been trying out the load takedown feature in the extensions add-in for Revit 2013. Basically, I'm having exactly the same problem as this person but can't follow his solution as he was using Revit 2012.

I'm specifying a material density using physical assets in the material manager but when I go into load takedown it shows a density of zero! I've been playing around for hours now to try and find a solution with no success. Can anyone help me please? The pictures below show the problem on a very simple model I created:

Thanks!!

I get the same problem. Have reported to Autodesk but they just say it isn't possible now. This is strange because both the static analysis of beams and slabs det their material properties right.
