Is there any way to create in REVIT a hook up drawing associated with a particular family that will allow the extraction of quantitative information of all items that appear in the hookup drawing?
For example: for some electrical installation or for CFTV items I don´t need a complete 3D representation but I need the quantitative of all items needed extracted from revit.
I have attached a sample of a hook up drawing for a CFTV installation. The use of a hook up drawing allow a fast and light representation of objects in 3D. I already used this in other tools (mainly for plant design) and I would like to know if Revit have tool to allow this.

There are two ways to go about this, but in either case, all components must be modeled separately.
In this method, you will have to model each component of the Family as its own Family, and under Family Category and Parameters, the "Shared" Parameter must be enabled. All of these Families must be loaded into a host Family and arranged appropriately. Once loaded into a Project, each Shared Component can be Tagged and Scheduled as individual components.
To begin, I have not used these much, myself. An Assembly would also require each component to be modeled and then loaded into the Project. You will have to "build" the divice by placing the components Families in the Project and then create the Assembly from them. You will now be able to place more instance of this Assembly easily, and it is easy to create modified versions as separate Assemblies. Additionally, some Assembly Views will be automatically created for you, but there are some limitations to this, as explained in Revit Help.

Penso que a melhor forma de gerar os quantitativos neste caso é a utilização de parâmetros criados para esse grupo de componentes, no qual informaremos a quantidade exata de peças em cada conjunto de CFTV e via tabela termos a somatoria geral.
Modelar todas as peças traria um considerável trabalho e traria um peso ao projeto final também considerável.
A utilização de uma solução mixta 2d-3d é a melhor opção para aproveitarmos o melhor dos dois mundos.

Eu acho que quando colocarmos um símbolo 3D, traga com ele a possibilidade de extrair todo o material e computar ao final do projeto a totalização é mais pratica no momento.
O mesmo pode ser pensado para o caso dos suportes. No final a quantidade de suporte deverá permitir extrair todo o material de suporte. Solução 2D + 3D.
I think when we put a 3D symbol, brings with it the possibility of extracting all the material and computing projects at the end of the aggregation is more practical at the time.
The same can be thought of supports for the case. At the end the amount of support will allow to extract all the support material. 2D + 3D solution.
