Power to devices to be demolished

I am designing a project with 3 phases. I need to provide temporary lighting between phases 2 and 3. The lights will be demolished before phase three begins. I cannot power these devices. I noticed if I adjust the fixture to remain, I am able to power it. Is there a way to power the device in phase 2 with with it being demolished in phase 3?

The bad news is that MEP and phasing just dont work together.  When something gets demolished at any phase is the project Revit will remove it from its system.  So all panels and schedules will not include the loads coming form elements that have been demolished.  There is really no good way to manage this besides worksets or running multiple models.
