Families

1. I have noticed all along that the connectors in default Revit families
are different from the connectors that users place. Am I correct in this
assumtion?
2. Why are they different?
3. Why is it when creating a familiy with connectors and applying a flip
arrow to the family that the conectors do not flip with the shape objects?

1. What is the difference you find that between the default and user connectors? They are same.

3. The connector can't flip in project. Only geometry can filp.

No that is false! Which is why I ask what the
difference is. There are Adesk families with connectors that flip with part.
Also if you look at the properties of a connector in an Adek family vs. a user
family you will see adifference.

They are also appear to be attached
differently.

You need to look close at them and see the
differences but they are. Also the parameters are different.
