Could anyone tell me why not all doors get a 'From room/To room' in a
schedule ?
In one room, same door (same Family/Type) goes from same room and to
different rooms.
In schedule some doors have filed the 'From room' & 'To room' fields and
some have not ?
If the door is on an exterior wall were no room boundary existing outside, then there will not be a from or to room to illustrate. Teh work around is to create room boundaries outside your exterior walls and name them appropriately (i.e. to outside building, etc.). Also, this will allow you to filter these doors in door schedules that do not need to show the from or to room.
