How to place the selection point in the corner of Block Wall instead on the face of its wrapped finish?

Hello. I have a 200mm block with a plaster wrapped around it. The selection point as you can see on the attached image is on the exterior face of the plaster. May I know if I can place the point to the corner of the block without unwrapping its finish?

That is controlled by the Location Line Parameter.

No.

Let me point out something you may not be aware of regarding Wall Wraps. They are cosmetic only. They have no BIM value. They won't get reported in Schedules.  Frankly, they are more of a nuisance than they are a help.  Generally, it's best to model wraps as a separate Wall Type.  FWIW.
