Hello EDU users,

We have detected a bug in the newly released ReMake version 17.24.0.41 where in the Ultra feature does not work for education (EDU) license users not having less than 5 cloud credits.

Please continue using the previous version 17.23.1.69 IF you desire to use ULTRA feature.

We will release a new version containing the fix in a few days.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Thanks,

Devang Shah

Devang,

Hello.  We are just now trying to use Remake and don't know where to download the older version from.  Can you or someone else advise?

We were able to install and use the 2017 version, but as you pointed out we are unable to use the Ultra setting and need to pull in more photos.

Thank you in advance.

Thank you Devang!

I uninstalled the current version and installed this older version.  The Ultra setting is now back and working.

I appreciate the quick response.  Thank you again!!!

Hello.  Has this problem been fixed yet in the current versions?  Or should we continue to use the older version?

Thank you in advance!

Installed the previous version. When I run it it prompts me to download the latest version. If I say no, it shuts down Remake. When I say yes, it shuts down Remake and takes me to the download page.

I downloaded the trial version - the install file that isn't on the education site

Once I installed that version - I input my education serial number and product code

It is now working - with Ultra resolution available to use

After reverting to the previous install file - I received a prompt asking my to install the latest version - after clicking no the program would shut down

So...

A work around I used as explained below to another user who had the same issue:

I downloaded the trial version - the install file that isn't on the education site - the file available on the remake site itself

Once I installed that version - I input my education serial number and product code

It is now working - with Ultra resolution available to use

Jeff
