Morning people.
I have no idea if this is the right section to post this message but i cant actually find the specifi autodesk software im after support for.
Basically i have lost the connection between the pc and my cnc machine. The hand shake if you will.
i have run a loop back test on the machine all the way to the pc connection and its fine but im getting no response when i reconnect the two.
im not a pro at this and its confusing me.
the software i have is camduct and the machine is a Burnyyyyy 2.5 plasma cutter.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
