I posted a sample called MgdDbg here earlier that has some XML examples.
There is code to demonstrate how to read XML files and navigate their
structure, and code on how to produce an XML file that can then be converted
to HTML and displayed in the browser. I don't know if that will help with
your problem, but it will get you started quickly if you decide to use XML.

hi,
I need some suggestions as to what would be an appropriate storing medium to
store AutoCAD related data.
We are developing an application that needs to store and retrieve the data
that the user has inputs through custom forms and as well information about
the drawing itself.
Are there any samples that show XML and AutoCAD. Could someone guide us to
some books please.
We had a look at AutoCAD DatabaseConnectivity (Scott McFarlane) for MS
Access, but it sounds very basic.
One of the reason we are inclined to use xml is we want each drawing to have
its own data file , and when the dwg is opened, it loads the data from that
very file rather the accessing a central database like MS Access.
Any views and comments will be highly appreciatated.
