Start from Visual Studio - No Ribbon

When I START from Visual Studio, AutoCAD 2017 launches as expected, but I do not get a ribbon.  And, when I type in RIBBON at the command line, I get unknown command.  I have a desktop icon setup using the same TARGET switches that I have defined in the C# Project Properties for Command line arguments and working director.  The desktop icon works fine.

I am sure I am missing something, but can't for the life of me "see it".  I have projects setup for 2016 and 2015, setup similar, they work fine.

I guess you are using VS2015, isn't it? In this case there is a problem.
