Palette ToolStripButton - problem with starting the drawing related task

Hi,
i have problem with starting the drawing related task (GetPoint etc.) from Docking Palette through the ToolStripButton. When i use the normal button, everthing works fine:
- if the palette set is docked everything will work as expected
- if the palette set is not docked, i use trick with set palette .Visible = false and .Visible = true and it is OK
But this does'nt work with ToolStripButton. Even if the palette is docked i will have pick inside the drawing area before the task will start.
The result should be: after pressing the ToolStripButton not to click to the drawing area before start of drawing realated task. I have a icon set and I want to use ToolStrip instead of normal buttons.
Thanks for advice
