Is it possible to change a forms borderstyles to something that is more common with Windows genetics?

the second image looks like a user control. i create a user control to attach to a paletteset for autocad to control, and mostly modal forms for the rest.
I forgot to explain that the first image is how it apears in the IDE.
The second is what is shown at runtime.
It's a form just added to the project so I haven't altered any of it's properties.
I've just noticed that the style is the style used by Autocad for it's messagebox. So it's in line with AutoCAD genetics.
I thought it was some bug where some setting was changing the style but it's AutoCAD implementing it's style to the forms.
