You may have to make it a bit clearer what you want to do with, ObjectARX
.NET API, or COM API, because VS2003 is capable of both. Or you do not have
idea which way to go since you are "new", in this case, you really need a
bit more study in order to post a clear, concrete, answerable question.
If you realy meant to use .NET API, you may want to get started from the
Labs provided by Autodesk (here is the link do download it:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?id=1911627&siteID=123112 ).
Unfortunately, I do not know if you can still find the version of lab for
Acad2006, since VS2003 can only be used for Acad2005/Acad2006 to do .NET
API. The .NET API samples in ObjectARX SDK are also good beginner study
materials.
