broken item in right click menu

Maya 2016.5 on Windows 10

while on modeling work, right menu item is often broken.
It fix few minutes after restart maya, but surely come again.

how can i fix this issue?

I checked our defect database and I didn’t see anything related.

I have couple of questions, what language are you running Maya in and what language is your Windows?

In the meantime, can you try the following:

• For testing purposes, try resetting Maya (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/maya/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Reset-May...)
• See if changing the Viewport renderer from the default Viewport 2.0 to the Default Legacy Viewport makes any difference (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/maya/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2015/ENU/Maya/fil...)

Sorry my late reply. I have no time to investigate this issue.

I was using 2016 Japanese on Windows 10 with MAYA_UI_LANGUAGE=en_US for english UI.

i could not solve this issue with resetting maya preference (remove maya folder at user documents) or even re-install maya.

it happened on both viewport 2.0 or legacy viewport.

Anyway, I moved into 2017, it works well now.
