FBX Converter - installation file

Hello

***I am posting this question here as it looks like most users of this converter tool are Maya users.***

I have exported an fbx file (from InfraWorks) and I want to convert it to COLLADA file format.

However, when I download and run the installation file from Autodesk's link for the fbx converter, I don't get any stand alone program under my "All programs" list.

Can please someone help me? 

It looks like none of the links from solutions in previous posts is working.

The FBX Converters are available on the Archive page (that also has the Quicktime Viewer and old SDKs): https://www.autodesk.com/developer-network/platform-technologies/fbx-converter-archives

I was having this same issue, but have identified that the common links to the FBX converter are actually to the FBX SDK (development kit).  I'm not a developer, so I don't know what this does, but I do know it's not the actual converter.  Find it in the archives as recommended.
