Ability to add Polygon shapes around Text in Notes

Quite often there comes a point where a flag note needs to be created.  The kind of note that needs either a triangle or swuare or what ever around the note number.

Currently there is no easy/parametric method for doing this.  Similar to how you are able to box in a dimension with the basic command, functionality should be built into the text editor within the drawing environment allowing users to place a certain polygon around text.

I don't understand why this isn't just a given. Flag notes are standard design practices, and for Inventor to not have this incorporated in their program baffles my mind.

Not sure why this idea has not taken off.  Still an issue in 2015.

Has there been any progress on this issue? I'm having the same problem and can't seem to find a parametric solution.
