When posting you should always indicate the Inventor version you are using.
In addition we really don't have a clue how your model was put together. Can you share the model structure so we can review it and offer suggestions.

Hello,
V-Belt generator inserts pulleys with transmission ratio. There is enough to position pulleys and then makes V-Belt component Flexible.
All pulleys are rotating but not the belt - it is the same for all belts and chains generators.
