How to create a single annotation that references multiple dimensions?

I have a part that has multiple radii that are of the same value. Is there a way to have a single radius callout that has arrows to my three radius locations?

If you create a leader text instead of a radius dimension you can right click on it and select "add leader" then you can add as many leaders as you want.  You will want to insert your model parameter for the radius into the leader text so that if it changes the text will update.
