Hi I'm wondering what an ideal computer set up for maya is.
I'm interested in purchasing a copy of maya in the near future and downloaded the 30 day trial.
My computer had no noticable trouble running maya, but it has trouble running the sculpting programs mudbox and sculptris.
sometimes these programs run and other times I get a pop-up that says the programs have stopped working and windows is searching for a solution to the problem.
I've been using an HP laptop with an i7 core and a radeon graphics processor.
Also, one last question.
If I buy a copy of Maya, is it easy enough to write down the lisence number and load it into another computer, if i need another computer?
Any constructive feedback would be greatly appreciated.
