Revit Architecture 2011 and DirectX Installation using SCCM

Revit Architecture 2011 will not install because it cannot detect DirectX using SCCM on Windows XP systems

 

This is a known issue and it is documented in the Installation and Configuration Help.   You will need to install DirectX 9 from your Revit Architecture 2011 installation disc.  It is located in:

<MediaRoot>\support\DirectX
