I have a network license that was working fine until my motherboard went wrong and has been replaced by a new mobo.
The license won't work so now I cannot use Maya.
All 'help' I find on the net leads me back to registration and activation loop, I cannot find a secific option to request a new license file that will work on my new machine.
I have the ID of the new machine: Evora 6805CA18B6D5
I have a big job on now so I am loosing a lot of money every day because of this, so please help asap.
Regards,
Phil

You can use the online method to activate your license here:
http://www.autodesk.com/licensesupport or www.autodesk.com/register
Or you can can call Autodesk Product Registration and Authorization:
1-800-551-1490 > Option 1 (English) > Option 2 > (Network)
Asia / Pacific: 65.6735.5688
Europe / Middle East / Asia: 41.32.723.9595
You will need to provide your serial number and server name, MAC Address

Waited 10 mins for a reply and then I tried to find what he was asking for as I thought I had already provided it on line 3. Must have been 5 mins and got cut off. No way of getting back.

Hello Phil,
My apologies for your experience in getting your License FIle.
I have edited your previous post as it contained your Serial Number, which is sensitive information.
I also created your license file for you, using the 2014 Serial Number in your account. Since you are on Subscription this License FIle also contains the previous years of your products. Your License File should already be in your email.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
