Problem installing 3DSMAX 2016 on windows 8.1

I'm trying for a week to install 3dsMAX on my computer but I keep receiving the same notification.

 

2016/1/28:16:25:21 Lucas Netto LUCAS Rollback DirectX® Runtime Failed Failure is ignored, Result=1619
2016/1/28:16:25:22 Lucas Netto LUCAS Rollback Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) Failed Failure is ignored, Result=1619
2016/1/28:16:25:22 Lucas Netto LUCAS Rollback Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) Failed Failure is ignored, Result=1619

 

Does anybody know what can I do??
