inventor 2014 install issue

so i was installing in ventor 2014 and it was going good until i paused it and it would not restart. so i deleted everything clear the reg and app data and it still says it is installed. can someone help me i need this for school

it is unclear to me whether it is the download you paused or the install you paused?

Can you please try running Microsoft Fix-it and let us know if that resolves the "Inventor is already installed" error?
