In Light of COVID, Autodesk Extends Multi-User Retirement

For Example:

I'm a government customer  than work by multi users licenses and the end of my contract is 06.11.2020.

I prefer to do a 1 year renew multiuser to 06.11.2021. ( 1st renew from the Autodesk decision to deley the network licenses)

06.11.2022 is the 2nd renew . I can do the exchange 1:2 ? Yes or Not ? Please can you explain me the correct prcedure? Best Regards  B.

Hi @braiola,

Tiana.D just made a post covering this - You must trade-in your licenses at the first renewal opportunity to take advantage of the 2:1, otherwise, you can renew but you will miss the offer.
