Could not run 3ds max 2017 from fresh installed.

Hi There, 

I have problem when I tried to run 3ds max 2017. The program did not load and it stop with error as shown below. I run this first time after installation and the installation finished successfully. I have also un-installed and reinstall and still gave the same error. Also I run this 3dsmax on VMWare Workstation 12. Any idea how to resolve this problem? Thank you.

Thank you irish_man for your post but that is not my issue. The problem is I believe there is a bug with '3dsmax.exe' executable file. Once I have installed the service pack 3 then I am finally able to run 3dsmax. All good now.

@Anonymous you cannot always help ppl out sometimes i give out the wrong infomation i put links from the community what ppl have answered and posted in the thread sometimes it help sometimes in doesn't, it's just trial and error
